Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Workforce Wellness ("WFW," "we," "us") provides corporate posture and recovery wellness programs to organizations in South Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: we collect what we need to schedule and deliver our services, and nothing more.

The short version: we only collect the information you type into our booking form, we use it solely to schedule and provide wellness services, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Information We Collect

When you request a booking, we collect the information you provide in the form:

That's it. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels. Browsing this site does not create a profile of you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing messages unrelated to services you have asked about.

3. What We Never Do

4. Health Information

Our booking form does not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not include medical details in the notes field. Any wellness-related observations made during on-site sessions are general in nature; Workforce Wellness programs are educational and recovery-focused and are not medical care. Program reporting provided to your employer contains participation metrics and aggregate feedback only — never individual health details.

5. Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors. A single functional cookie is used only when the business owner signs in to the administrative dashboard to manage bookings. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies anywhere on this site.

6. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate this website:

These providers process data on our behalf and do not receive your booking details for their own use.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We keep booking and client records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with your organization, and as needed for ordinary business record-keeping. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our systems unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Booking information is stored in an access-controlled database, and administrative access is protected by authentication and limited to the business owner. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we deliberately minimize what we collect so there is little to lose.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time ask us to:

To make a request, contact us using the details below or reply to any message we have sent you about your booking. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including Florida's Digital Bill of Rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.

10. Children

Our services are provided to businesses and this website is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. We will never quietly weaken the commitments above.
